Featuring bespoke patterned panels, vibrant blue acrylic inserts, and custom-designed gates, the divider helps define learning spaces while maintaining open sightlines across the room.
Key project outcomes:
- Custom divider panels featuring kōwhaiwhai-inspired patterns that reflect the identity and values of the kōhanga.
- Transparent blue acrylic inserts that add colour and visual interest while preserving visibility between learning areas.
- Integrated gates providing safe and controlled access between spaces.
- Defined activity zones that help organise the environment without creating visual barriers.
- Natural birch plywood construction delivering warmth, durability, and a timeless aesthetic.
- Custom laser-cut design elements that create a distinctive feature within the centre.
- Open visibility for kaiako, supporting supervision and connection across the learning environment.
- A tailored solution designed specifically for the layout and needs of Te Kōhanga Reo o Te Reo Aroha.
