Classroom Sound Monitor

Easily set acceptable sound levels for different tasks with this classroom noise monitor.

The Classroom Sound Meter is a visual representation of sound to help students manage their own noise. Set different levels for different activities to keep students on task. If the level is breached, the LEDs will flash amber to alert the teacher.

Using the Classroom Sound Monitor

• To switch your product on press the ON/OFF button on the top of your sound meter.
• To set the level, use the + and – keys until the green light reaches the required level.
• Once any sound is made above the limit set, the green and amber lights at this level
  and below will light.
• If sound is made above the set limit, the levels below will light and the amber lights
  above the limit will light.
• If sound is continuously above the set level for more than 3 seconds all lights will flash.
• The inverse switch will allow the light function to be reversed so the louder it is the less
  lights are shown
