EverPlay 2.0 | Tunnel 1.2m

The Tunnel 1.2m is a versatile standalone attachment designed to spark imaginative play and exploration in infants and toddlers. A heavy-duty PVC canvas (the same material used for curtain-sider truck curtains) is stretched over a structural aluminium frame to create an enclosed space for tamariki to crawl, walk or ride through. The canvas construction makes it less than half the weight of a traditional rigid-panel tunnel, so a teacher can pick it up and move it on their own. Use it flat on the ground, or clip it between EverPlay Boxes to raise the entry and add a new challenge.

• Removable Canvas: The cover unclips from the frame for easy cleaning or replacement — or take it off and add your own. Teachers use the bare frame for shade netting, bright fabrics, sheer drapes or battery fairy lights to change the space for a theme, a season or a project.
• Standalone or Bridging: Functions as a standalone play element or as a connection between two EverPlay Boxes of equal height.

Compliance, setup and care

This set is part of Play’n’Learn’s CCEP-certified Outdoor Moveable Play Range for compliance with NZS 5828:2015, AS 4685:2021 and EN 1176:2017 when set up, used, inspected and maintained in line with Play’n’Learn guidance.

When configured at 600mm or below, a 1.5m clear fall zone is not required, but the play area must still be clear of hazards. If this set is combined with higher EverPlay pieces, use suitable impact-absorbing surfacing and a 1.5m clear fall zone from the 600mm point.

Warranty

The EverPlay 2.0 aluminium frame is backed by a 10-year structural warranty. The PVC canvas cover carries a 12-month warranty and is a replaceable part — if it is ever damaged or you simply want a fresh look, a new cover can be ordered without replacing the frame.
