All items are designed and guaranteed for the purpose described and must be used with adult supervision by children of an appropriate age.
All our products are covered by the consumers' guarantee.
A number of our products are covered by guarantees up to four years, and some for even more!
As products are subject to design/ colour change at any time, Play’n’Learn reserves the right to supply the current available item. We may do that without prior notice provided we have reasonable grounds for believing that the alternative item offered is similar to that previously offered.
Occasionally, some individual items from sets will be out of stock. Play’n’Learn may substitute appropriate items to complete your order.
FREIGHT, POSTAGE & HANDLING COSTS
Orders under $100 are $9.90 +GST freight. All orders over $100 are supplied freight free. Some larger items are supplied in kitset. Refer to the Unpack’n’Play icon with price for these items to be delivered fully assembled.
Unfortunately, some items could be temporarily out of stock. All back orders of $25.00 or more will be automatically recorded and shipped when available.
All orders will be dispatched within 5 working days unless advised otherwise. If required we are willing to offer you overnight delivery in the North Island.
1. Charge your centre’s account - payment terms by the 20th of next month from the date of invoice.
2. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Bankcard payments. Direct credit facility also available.
3. Play’n’Learn reserves the right to charge interest on all overdue accounts.
4. All private/personal orders are to be pre-paid.
Please inspect all goods upon delivery. No damages can be claimed after signing the freighter consignment docket. For any damage caused during transit please contact customer services as soon as possible.
Play’n’Learn aims to provide high-quality merchandise at all times, however, if an item is faulty or you would like to return products, please phone customer service for a return authorisation form and delivery address details.
All returns must be within 7 days of invoice date accompanied by invoice details and reason for return.
My product has broken during play.
Please take a photo of the broken item and email it to email@example.com for evaluation. We will respond back to you with replacement or repair options.
How can I place an order online and get an invoice?
You need to have an online account for your order to be charged to your account. You can sign up for an account here, or enter your email address and reset your password if you already have an account.
If you choose to reset your password and one does not get emailed to you, then you will need to create an account here.
Log in to your account and at the Checkout page when you place your order you will see a 'Customer Account' option to select in the payment section.
